1、交接月之前每月的报表( 税控的发票+月报表+季报表+之前的年报表)，逐一看下至交接月账目数字与报表数字相符,并取回相应凭证票据等。
1. Monthly statements before the handover month (tax-controlled invoices + monthly statements + quarterly statements + annual reports before the handover month), look down one by one to the account numbers of the handover month and the report numbers are in line, and take back the corresponding vouchers and bills.
2、IC卡月结后,打印报表，去税务局申报,报完后,不需要做什么，回来后正确没问题就自动开启下月了。

3、财务软件是可以自动结转成本的,做完当月的凭证后，如确认已完成,就可以点击自动结转项,进行成本结转了。

4、所得税是在4月份汇算清缴交税的，一般时间在下一年度的季报出来前后吧。12月份是汇算不出来的,就算是汇算出来,也应该是在次年的一月份才能出来数.所以定在下年第一个季报前清缴上报。
